In 2023, Timișoara is the European Capital of Culture, but in April it also becomes the capital of Romanian researchers from everywhere, as the host of the event “Smart – Diaspora 2023 – diaspora in higher education, science, innovation and entrepreneurship. Diaspora and its friends“, which will take place between April 10-13, 2023, in Timișoara. The most original ideas of Romanian researchers from the diaspora will intersect in workshops and interactive workshops on the eight topics open to debate.
