The Romanian Association for the Electronic and Software Industry, Timisoara branch (ARIES-TM) supported and facilitated a new participation with the national pavilion at one of the oldest and most prestigious international technology fairs in the world, GITEX Global Dubai (Gulf Information Technology Exhibition), which took place between October 16-20, 2023.
GITEX GLOBAL 2023 was a monumental success, providing a connecting and networking platform designed to help support innovation and create lasting international partnerships. The event gave attendees the opportunity to interact with industry experts, participate in technical workshops and seminars, and learn about the latest technology trends.
GITEX highlights the latest innovations in artificial intelligence, robotics, cyber security and other emerging technologies, attracting a diverse range of exhibitors including startups, small and medium enterprises and multinational corporations from various industries such as healthcare, finance, education, retail, and transportation.
The main theme of this edition was “The Year to Imagine AI in Everything“. This theme revolved around exploring the influence of Artificial Intelligence in various industries and how it could be harnessed for innovation and growth.
The 2023 edition of the event attracted more than 100,000 visitors from more than a hundred countries, featured more than 4,500 exhibitors from various technology fields, and also included more than 1,400 speakers, more than 40 workshops and hundreds of panel discussions from industry.
