Romania’s participation in MWC Las Vegas 2023 was an initiative focused on the internationalization of Romanian companies

Romania participated in MWC Las Vegas, the premier event for the technology and connectivity industry in North America, from September 26-28, 2023.

The 2023 edition of MWC Las Vegas saw an increase in attendees from vertical industries, bringing together more than 8,000 attendees from 80 countries and representing more than 2,800 companies, 380 exhibitors and sponsors, more than 300 conference programs and nearly 1,900 live session views main online at Mobile World Live.

The program of the two main stages, HUB Startup and Innovation Zone, included unique editions of Industry City, DEV CON and SEC CON, organized especially for this event.

The delegation organized by ARIES-TM featured 11 Romanian IT companies: AROBS TRANSILVANIA SOFTWARE, DIGISINERGY, DOCLANDIA GROUP, KINDERPEDIA, KINETO TECH REHAB, ORGANIZING GROUP, SERVICE RETURN, SIMARTIS TELECOM, TARA INTERACTIVE, VIRTONO NETWORKS, X2 MOBILE DEVELOPMENT.

During this exhibition, under the brand “romaniaIT“, companies had the opportunity to present their diversified portfolios of products and services, to meet with partners and customers, to examine the market, trends and opportunities. Moreover, the exhibiting Romanian companies enjoyed remarkable attention and established important business contacts. Therefore, the exhibitors announced their intention to participate in next year’s edition as well.

The participation in this edition of MWC Las Vegas was organized by the Romanian Association for the Electronic and Software Industry, Timișoara branch (ARIES-TM), with the support of the Romanian Agency for Investments and Foreign Trade (ARICE).
