From April 20–24, 2026, 32 Romanian companies participated in Hannover Messe, the world’s leading international trade fair for the manufacturing industry, held in Hannover, Germany. The companies showcased their innovations across three national pavilions: AUTOMATICA, ENERGETICA and MECHANIK.
This year’s edition highlighted the crucial role of advanced technologies in shaping the future of industry. Artificial intelligence, robotics, automation, digitalization and energy infrastructure are emerging as key pillars of industrial transformation, driving greater production efficiency and strengthening global competitiveness.
Under the motto “Think Tech Forward,” Hannover Messe 2026 highlighted innovation and the future of industry, with Brazil as the Partner Country, recognized for its leadership in sustainable industrial transformation and as the largest economy in Latin America.
Romania was represented by a delegation of leading professionals and industry experts, showcasing the country’s engineering tradition and innovation on the international stage.
In the AUTOMATICA section, 12 Romanian companies presented advanced technologies and applied production solutions, showcasing efficient, industry-ready approaches tailored to the needs of modern manufacturing: ASTI Automation, Fluid Struct, High Contrast, Jibe Company, Qualteh, RebelDot, Redbee Software, Reshape Digital, RomSoft, Ropardo, Wirtek, and Yalos Solutions.
In addition to the main exhibition, participants took part in networking sessions and dedicated meetings on investment and international cooperation, helping to foster new business partnerships.
The participation of Romanian companies at Hannover Messe 2026 was supported by ARIES (The Romanian Association for the Electronics and Software Industry) and financially backed by ARICE (The Romanian Agency for Investment and Foreign Trade), helping strengthen their presence on the German market and facilitating integration into international business networks.
