“Innovation Labs” is the main acceleration program dedicated to technical start-ups and aims to raise the young generations of new Romanian entrepreneurs and technical product managers, by creating an updated context of debut, learning and practice in business. The 2021 Timișoara edition will take place in online format, between 6-7 March 2021, in order to keep the safety conditions in the current context.
The teams will present their final prototypes on October 14 at Demo Day, in front of the jury, potential investors, partners and media representatives. Demo Day brings together people who use exciting technologies to create innovative products, in their own startups or in top companies, which open up conversations and opportunities. The final event of Innovation Labs will open a new beginning for the finalist teams, through the chance to gain the attention of some financiers, partners and new users, but also through their integration in the alumni community of the program.
The verticals proposed for 2021 are: Agriculture, Cybersecurity, Fintech, Blockchain, Retail, Smart Cities and Smart Mobility.
