Between January 7-10, 2025, Romania participated in CES Las Vegas with a national pavilion, the world’s most influential technology event, offering Romanian companies the opportunity to showcase their products alongside renowned international brands, do business, and establish new partnerships.
From industry giants to innovative startups, the entire technology ecosystem was represented at the landmark event for technological innovation. This year’s edition brought together over 141,000 participants from around the world, 4,500 exhibitors, including 1,400 startups, more than 6,000 media representatives, 300 conference sessions with over 1,200 speakers, and 27,000 news stories and articles.
Certainly, CES served as a benchmark for innovations in artificial intelligence, which was present everywhere. The event brought together technology experts, promising startups, and thought leaders from around the world, highlighting the practical use of AI across various sectors. From smart gadgets for individual users to advanced industrial solutions, AI took center stage.
With outstanding technical potential, Romania was represented with a national pavilion at CES Las Vegas 2025, a project supported by ARIES-TM, which allowed 16 innovative Romanian companies to showcase their solutions, including: AROBS TRANSILVANIA SOFTWARE, BINAR HOLDING, CARGO TRACK SOLUTIONS, CICADA TECHNOLOGIES, DOTLUMEN, EV ECO RENTAL (E-Mobility-Rentals), INTENSIVA UNITED (Metrici), KEEP IT MOBILE DEVELOPMENT (KIM), LINNIFY, REDBEE SOFTWARE, RINGHEL TEAM (Procesio), SOFT WARE TOGETHER (Deventure), SOFTINIX (Aidoo.Assist), THYCHE EVENTS (HeroX Air Domes), WEBCHAIN, XMARTWARE CONSULTING.
This year, Romania made significant progress, proving that it adopts the latest technologies and offers services with considerable added value, while the local market is presented as highly competitive and promising. From AI-powered glasses for the visually impaired to smart infrastructure for air-supported structures and electric vehicles, each company showcased its most valuable products.
Romania’s participation in CES was much more than just an exhibition of the latest tech gadgets. It was an opportunity to examine how we support these innovations through connectivity and how we can integrate new technologies into our product and service portfolios.
As many believe, CES remains a valuable guide for understanding how the year in technology will evolve. We are still excited to have the opportunity to meet people face to face and explore new perspectives.
