Between November 10–13, 2025, ARIES-TM is organizing participation within the national pavilion at the international fair ‘Web Summit Lisbon 2025,’ one of the largest technology events in Europe. This event brings together professionals from the tech world, the most promising startups, influential investors, and industry leaders from all corners of the globe. Web Summit is a collaboration-driven event focused on networking and inspiration, offering access to emerging trends, innovative ideas, and cutting-edge technologies.

At the moment, the participation of the Romanian delegation is supported by ARICE (the Romanian Agency for Investments and Foreign Trade, operating under the Government and coordinated by the Prime Minister), through the provision of financial support for covering the following categories of eligible expenses:
a) 50% of the expenses related to international transport, accommodation, and medical insurance for one participant from each exhibitor, according to the standards set for public institutions.
b) 100% of the expenses related to space rental, stand construction, and necessary utilities.
The registration deadline is June 13, 2025.
