The Romanian Association for the Electronics and Software Industry, Timișoara branch (ARIES-TM) and the Timiș Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture organize the “Unlock your potential” event, which will take place on Wednesday, 9 February 2022, from 16:00, in the ARIES-TM meeting room, IPROTIM building, Paris Str., no. 2A, fl. 4, room 413.
We invite you to two hours of applied discussions on how to access the Romanian capital market and what are the stages of listing shares or bonds on the AeRO market or on the main market of the Bucharest Stock Exchange. We aim to have a free debate with our special guests, SSIF Goldring and Atheneum Advisors, on how market mechanisms can contribute to the development of entrepreneurial companies, the advantages and challenges of IPO, how to structure related transactions.
Goldring is one of the most active brokerage firms in Romania, with over 10 active listings on the AeRO market, including: Life is Hard, iHunt, 2Performant, Transilvania Broker or AAGES. The company manages investment accounts totaling over 150 million euros.
Atheneum Advisors is a consulting firm specializing in investor relations, strategic communication and corporate PR. The company is an Authorized Consultant for the AeRO market of the Bucharest Stock Exchange.
The presentations and discussions will be led by Virgil Zahan, CEO of Goldring, and Bogdan Mugescu, CEO of Atheneum Advisors, experts with 24 and 10 years of experience in the capital and investment market.
Participation is open only to persons holding a valid vaccination certificate or the negative result of a PCR test issued no later than 24 hours before the event, which must be presented on arrival at the venue. Wearing a face mask will be mandatory.
