”European Mobility Week” is an initiative of the European Commission, marked every year between 16 and 22 September. ” Safe and Healthy with Sustainable Mobility!” is the theme chosen for this year, and the Timiș Environmental Protection Agency, in collaboration with the Timiș School Inspectorate and 16 educational units in the county are preparing activities for students to promote the movement and non-polluting means of transport.
The theme chosen this year ” Safe and Healthy with Sustainable Mobility!”, With the slogan ”Move Sustainably, Stay Healthy”, he wants to draw attention to the difficulties that Europe and the whole world faced during the COVID-19 pandemic. The theme also addresses the opportunities for change resulting from this unprecedented health crisis in Europe.
