In 2026, Politehnica University of Timișoara is once again supporting high school students with free prep programs in key subjects. These courses are open to everyone, whether they plan to study at UPT or follow a different path.
The courses run from January 31 to May 16, 2026, every Saturday at 10:00 AM, in a flexible hybrid format, students can join in person or online.
The programs are led by university professors in a supportive, open environment. Besides preparing for the baccalaureate and university entrance exams, students get a taste of university life and learn what’s expected at the next level of education.
Mathematics
The lessons will take place from January 31 to May 16, 2026, every Saturday at 10:00 AM, in a hybrid format.
Chemistry
The courses start online on February 7, 2026, every Saturday from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM on Zoom (Register here: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSebn8Y8RSAkKMP9436pt3W4XgXrPcklaRWl6zK9c9OiairuWA/viewform?usp=send_form ) and are split into two groups. Once registered, participants will receive all the details needed to join the sessions.
Computer Science
From March 2026, all sessions will move online. Schedule details and the registration link will be announced soon.
