ARIES-TM attended the Romania Export Council meeting, a key forum for dialogue between business leaders and government officials, focused on finding the most effective ways to enhance the competitiveness of Romanian products and services in global markets.
At the meeting, we reiterated the importance of supporting the export and international expansion of Romanian IT companies, a sector that serves as a strategic pillar of the national economy and a key driver of innovation.
Despite budgetary constraints and related adjustment measures, we consider it crucial for the IT industry to maintain a strong, unified voice, ensuring that the actual needs of companies are reflected in public policy. Supporting internationalization and global promotion remains vital for reinforcing Romania’s position on the world technology stage.
ARIES-TM remains committed to representing the interests of its members and the IT industry as a whole. We will continue to play an active role in institutional dialogue and support practical initiatives that help companies grow in international markets, providing access to promotion, partnerships, and funding opportunities.
Building on our ongoing efforts, since 2007 ARIES has coordinated Romania’s presence with a national pavilion at leading global technology events, supported by the Export Promotion Program (PPE) and State Budget funding, helping to showcase Romanian products and services in international markets.
