At the moment, the participation of the Romanian delegation is supported by ARICE (the Romanian Agency for Investments and Foreign Trade, operating under the Government and coordinated by the Prime Minister), through the provision of financial support for covering the following categories of eligible expenses:
a) 50% of the expenses related to international transport, accommodation, and medical insurance for one participant from each exhibitor, according to the standards set for public institutions.
b) 100% of the expenses related to space rental, stand construction, and necessary utilities.
