As the Global Supporting Partner of the inaugural Gitex Europe Berlin, ARIES-TM organized Romania’s national presence, gathering 16 Romanian IT&C companies at one of the continent’s leading technology, startup, and digital investment events.
Recognized as Europe’s premier hub for emerging technologies, “GITEX Europe Berlin” united leading innovators, government officials, and major industry players to drive the growth of the European digital economy. The event featured over 1,500 exhibitors, 275,000 attendees, 750 startups, 600+ investors, and 500 speakers from more than 100 countries.
The inaugural edition, themed “GITEX Europe x AI Everything,” emphasized the latest advancements in artificial intelligence and showcased the power of public-private partnerships in driving digital transformation and the adoption of emerging technologies. Fourteen specialized stages featured leading topics including AI & Cloud, Deep Tech, Space & Quantum, Green Tech, Cybersecurity, Banking & Digital Assets, EdTech, Telecommunications, and Retail & Commerce.
Amid this dynamic international environment, 16 Romanian companies distinguished themselves with innovative solutions, showcasing Romania’s active role in driving digital transformation across Europe. The participating companies included ACTIONPOINT, ADMIN TOOLS, AROBS TRANSILVANIA SOFTWARE, ASTI AUTOMATION, HIGH CONTRAST, INNOVATORSPARK, INTUITIVE NETWORK (Webamboos), LH CONSULTANCY (Legal Hunt), ONE SOFTWARE, ORGANIZING GROUP (Cult of Coders), QUALTEH JR, R SYSTEMS COMPUTARIS EUROPE, REDBEE SOFTWARE, TARA INTERACTIVE, TRUSTAPPS, and WEBCHAIN.
Besides the exhibition activities and business meetings, the national delegation’s coordinators hosted the “Romania Evening,” an informal networking event designed to encourage dialogue, share ideas, and reinforce international partnerships. The event was honored by the presence of Mrs. Adriana-Loreta Stănescu, Romania’s Ambassador to Berlin, who supported the delegation during the event and engaged in discussions about opportunities for Romanian companies.
The Romanian delegation, featuring a national pavilion at the inaugural “GITEX Europe Berlin,” was managed by ARIES-TM (Romanian Association for the Electronics and Software Industry – Timișoara), with assistance from ARICE partners.
