As every year, we were thrilled to support NextGenTech UPT \u2013 IA-PracticAC<\/strong>, the mobile app competition organized by Politehnica University of Timi\u0219oara<\/strong> during the 14th edition of SCMUPT \u2013 Mobile Applications Communication Session<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

NextGenTech UPT<\/strong> encourages students to unleash their creativity, innovation, and technical skills. Focused on web and mobile apps, the competition explores cutting-edge technologies like AI, cybersecurity, cloud computing, IoT<\/strong>, and interactive solutions.<\/p>\n\n

The focus of the competition is not technical complexity, but the value of ideas and their real-world impact<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

This year, the competition featured two sections with separate judging and rankings: Utility & Lifestyle Apps<\/strong> and Community, Entertainment & Games<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

ARIES-TM was honored to join the jury for this year\u2019s edition, supporting young talent in the mobile sector. Winners received tickets to Mobile World Congress Barcelona<\/a>, the world\u2019s top connectivity event, where ARIES-TM will coordinate the Romanian Pavilion with 16 innovative Romanian companies.<\/p>\n\n

Participating in MWC gives students the chance to:<\/p>\n\n

\u2022 Connect directly with startup founders, investors, and global mentors;<\/em><\/p>\n\n

\u2022 Explore early-stage business models and tech solutions;<\/em><\/p>\n\n

\u2022 Gain ideas and best practices to apply in future academic projects and entrepreneurial initiatives;<\/em><\/p>\n\n

\u2022 Connect theoretical knowledge from university with practical industry applications;<\/em><\/p>\n\n

\u2022 A major highlight for students is the 4YFN (Four Years From Now)<\/strong> area, part of MWC, dedicated to startups, entrepreneurship, and the exchange of innovative ideas.<\/em><\/p>\n\n
